Below you will find our Terms of use, which are applicable to your rental. Please read them carefully.

Reservations and Deposits

We require a deposit to hold your reservation as follows:

  • Reservations up to 3 nights – the rate of the price for one overnight
  • Reservations more than 3 nights – 25% of the total rental charge

Payment for the deposit should be done in advance in Cash, via bank transfer, via Western Union or Money Gram. The rest of the payment is to be done in Cash upon arrival.

A copy of the transfer must be faxed to us at +359 2 929 7333 or e-mailed at info@rentalapart.com. A booking confirmation by email will be sent, after receiving your payment.


The rental price is to be paid in cash upon arrival or before arrival by bank transfer. You can pay either in Euro or Bulgarian Leva.

Arrival and Departure


On the day of your arrival the apartment will be available from 13.30 h. If for any reason you arrive earlier, please let us know in advance so that we might try to accommodate you before the check in time.

On the date of arrival you can receive the keys directly at your apartment. Arrangements should be made at the time of reservation and reconfirmed prior to arrival.

  • Please note that late accommodations, after 20:00 hours, have a surcharge of 10 euros to be paid in cash on arrival.
  • Please note that late accommodations, after 23:00 hours, have a surcharge of 15 euros to be paid in cash on arrival.
  • Please note that accommodations during National Holidays before 19:00 hours, have a surcharge of 15 euros to be paid in cash on arrival.
  • Please note that accommodations during National Holidays after 19:00 hours, have a surcharge of 20 euros to be paid in cash on arrival.


The check out time is by 12.00 h on the day of the departure. If you require a later departure, please let us know in advance and we will try to extend your stay by a few hours (not more than 4 hours), providing our next arrival is not early the same day.

Security Deposit

In some cases we may require a security deposit. It covers the cost of any damages caused to the apartment and furniture during your stay, except for a normal wear. The deposit will be refunded to you on the day of your departure after we make sure that everything in the apartment is in order.

Apartments Rules

Please use the property and furnishings of the apartment in a good manner.

Please respect our neighbors, undue noise and unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in the guests being asked to vacate the property immediately without compensation.

Please observe the rules that refer to the apartment and the residential building it belongs to, namely:

  • Parties are not allowed
  • Silent hours: Monday - Friday 10 pm to 9 am - Silent hours: Saturday - Sunday 12 midnight to 10 am
  • Please do not make a noise when in the staircase
  • Please turn off all the electric appliances if you leave the apartment
  • Please be informed that if parties or loud music are heard, or neighbors and/or police are called, it will result in immediate eviction regardless of the time without compensation.

You Are Responsible

For all deterioration of the property and its contents caused by you or by a member of your group or by one of your guests. You are also responsible for all damages sustained by a third party and which result from an act committed by you or by a member of your group or by a guest invited by you or a member of your group.

For the state of cleanliness of the property at the end of your stay. Any violation on your part or on the part of a member of your group can lead to a deduction of your security deposit and even additional costs if the deterioration exceeds the amount of your security deposit.

Dream House is Required to

Respect the general conditions and not request additional charges unless these are stipulated in Special Conditions clause in advance. •Respect the commitments undertaken with the client during the e-mail exchanges.

Return the security deposit upon the client’s departure after check-out.

Number of Guests

The guest must provide us with their name and mobile phone numbers as well as the number of the people who will accompany him/her during his/her stay. Only the persons announced in the reservation by the guest are allowed to use the apartments. If we identify a violation of any of these stipulations, Dream House reserves the right to evict the guests with no compensation.


If a client cancels a reservation for which he/she has paid deposit, less than 21 days before his/her arrival, the pre-payment will not be reimbursed to him/her.

For reservations shorter than 6 nights: If a client decides to reduce his/her, he/she will be charged with the rate of the price for one overnight.

For reservations longer than 6 nights: If a client decides to reduce his/her stay, he/she will be charged 50 % of the rental price for the remaining period of the reservation.

Should Dream House are unable to accommodate the client in apartment he/she has booked, they reserve the right to move him/her to a property of similar characteristics.


Neither Dream House nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for the temporary defect of equipment, for electricity power cuts, for a water reduction cuts through no fault of their own, for loss, breakage or injury due to weather conditions, riot, strike or any other circumstances independent of their will.

Neither Dream House nor the owner of the apartment shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of the use by the guests of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behavior.
